Meet Grace Ellenberg

When I started photography over ten years ago as a creative outlet in high school, I had no idea that it would lead me here — getting to know you and creating images unique to your life and story. I’m drawn to the quiet moments just as much as the celebratory ones, because both are part of the story we’re really trying to remember.

A significant part of who I am — and how I see the world — comes from being part of the military community. I’m married to Easton, and through that, I’ve experienced firsthand the depth, resilience, and closeness that military life creates. The constant transitions, the long stretches of waiting, the reunions that never lose their weight—these experiences have shaped the way I photograph people. I understand how meaningful it is to preserve moments when time together feels especially precious.

At home, I’m a mom to my son, George, who has a way of reminding me to slow down and notice what’s right in front of me. Our days are made louder and better by our two dogs, who bring equal parts joy and chaos.
